Avocado pulp with pickled chili peppers, salt, onion powder, coriander, ascorbic acid, xanthan gum, citric acid and garlic, shelf life is 2 years frozen and 45 days refrigerated.
The product is prepared under GMP´s, Facility is FDA registered and BRC certified. The avocado is sorted, washed, ripened, disinfected, stem removed, peeled, seed removed, mixed with ingredients, vacuum packed, pressurized, passed through metal detection, and frozen.
Packed in 1lb. thermoformed bags. |
